Cup Cafe at Hotel Congress. Their Bloody Marys are supposedly one of the best in town. I can't testify to that as I don't drink Bloody Marys but friends do and I trust those friends :-). More than Bloody Marys, the Cup Cafe has wonderful eats and atmosphere being located in the historic Hotel Congress just fifteen minutes away in downtown Tucson
