Bright, lower level SE Portland furnished apartment with gas fireplace & cedar hot tub

This 700 sq. ft 1-bedroom apartment in SE Portland is a south-facing daylight basement with a private entrance and patio. It is newly furnished, has a gas fireplace, full kitchen, and access to our cedar hot tub. Nearby Woodstock business district offers all amenities including new food carts, craft beer, and good coffee!

Our family of 4 lives upstairs, along with 2 shy indoor cats and 5 beautiful outdoor chickens. Though often at work and school, we cherish relaxing time at home. We love our quiet street, as well as easy access to the rest of the city and beyond to the Columbia River Gorge, mountains, coast, and high desert.

We're looking for someone mid- to long-term so ideally would like to meet and make sure it's a good fit.

Less than 2 blocks away from public transport and bike-friendly streets make navigating the city very easy, including downtown. We are also close to the Orange Max line, plus have plenty of available street parking directly in front of the house.
