My wife and I moved our first born, and only daughter into Arizona State University just before the fall semester of her freshman year after she accepted the scholarship from ASU. After moving her in and shedding a couple of tears of joy, we decided to learn more about the Tempe community. We quickly fell in love with Tempe. In that same week we decided to view vacation home properties and fell in love with this "North Shore" Condominium along Tempe Town Lake. We made the bold move to make an offer and low and behold, we became the owners of this beautiful condo. Since then, we continue to fall deeper in love with Tempe Town Lake and all the amazing things to see and do in Tempe. It is simply amazing, the endless amount of activities, walking, running, cycling, dining, and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets over Tempe Town Lake.
