Surface of 300sqm with private pool and BBQ.  </P><P>This Villa is fully equipped for 8 people and distributed in 4 bedrooms (2 with single beds and 2 with King size beds). 3 of them have A/C. The house has central heating available in case you want to enjoy the beautiful and chill winters in Mallorca. The dinning room has eating place for 8 people and 6 extra chairs for other friends so you can have an amazing oportunity for a gather around with some friends!</P><P>Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your holidays. There is also 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.</P><P>The air conditioning will be charged with 0.60€/kw.</P><P>In the garden area you can enjoy in one of the 4 hammocks or make a nice BBQ for your family!</P><P>The house has piped music all over it and from upstairs you have views to the see.</P><P>The house is perfect for groups of friends and also for families with kids since it has 3 baby cots and 2 baby high chair.</P><P>Approximately 20 metres away you can find a small supermarket and a pharmacy.
