Family friendly but there are stairs and parents are responsible for ensuring the lower cupboard contents are safe.  Sorry but we do not provide playpens, cribs, high chairs, etc., but rentals are available in Kamloops with delivery to Sun Peaks

Location, location, location!  Beautiful, luxurious and spectacular - our BestSunPeaks condo in one of the best ski-in AND ski-out locations at Sun Peaks Resort with easy access to both the Morrisey Express chairlift and the new Orient chairlift just seconds away. 

Sun Peaks Resort is second in size only to Whistler/Blackcomb in Canada, and is considered a four season resort that is much more compact, family friendly, affordable, and consistently offers light, dry champagne powder and shorter line-ups.  It is about a 45 minute ride and easily accessible from nearby Kamloops airport, or about a 4.5 hour ride from Vancouver International Airport or from Whistler.

Our Sun Peaks Resort condo offers 2 Bedrooms plus an upstairs private enclosed loft, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped and upgraded, along with amazing private views and a new private hot tub backing onto the 16th fairway of the Sun Peaks Golf Course (also the route to Morrisey Express and Orient Express in winter).

Ski-in, ski-out, located just a few hundred feet from the Mt. Morrisey Express Lift (and toboggan area, Nordic and cross country ski trails, mountain bike trails and more), and with constant minimal line-ups and waiting times, you will quickly be on your way to a fantastic day of champagne powder skiing or other activities on any of the three mountains that make up Sun Peaks Resort.

Park your car(s) in the two designated, secure underground parking spots, and relax during your Best Sun Peaks Vacation as everything is just a few minutes walk away, including the village, the golf course, the community Recreation Center (with tennis courts, year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub) and more…

Eat in the quaint, very family-friendly village or prepare your own meals while looking out at the amazing view from the kitchen, and enjoy the fully stocked cupboards with granite countertops, granite eating bar, stainless steel appliances and heated slate tiled floors.

Preparing meals is a breeze with all the kitchen essentials provided, including a crock pot, George Foreman style griddle/panini grill/waffle maker, popcorn maker, hand mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, loads of pots and pans, and even a full spice rack to help you spice things up a bit.

The vaulted ceiling over the living and dining room is spectacular and the comfy surroundings include plenty of seating, cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TV with a PS3 BluRay DVD gaming system, WiFi, and did we mention the incredible views?

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, a wall-mounted flat screen tv, and a door leading to your private hot tub on the deck. 

The second bedroom (right across from the second bathroom) has a very comfortable double size bed and a flat screen tv.

And then there is also the private enclosed loft, which is equipped with a bunk bed (double size mattresses) where you can send the kids to play after a fantastic family day of fun.
