An inventory is conducted when you enter the room, we review the inventory,  you agree by signing it, and the security deposit is paid. You will receive this deposit at check out if no damage is present to the property, furniture and equipment.

When arriving Cancun Plaza condominium, you need to give the reservation's name to the security officer at condominium's gate. They will call someone from our staff and then you will be taken to your room. Please let us know your arrival time in advance by messaging or email:

A toaster and electric stove can be provided upon request but they're not standard appliances.

This room doesn't have a balcony, but it has a wonderful front sea view.

Our place is child friendly. Strict supervision is required from parents/adults on the rooms with a balcony and in the swimming pool.

Smoking is allowed on balconys and on the beach only.

You need to climb 1 story to get to the room. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities.

All our rooms have a private network. There's also an open network from the condominium.

We are located inside Cancun Plaza condominium. All our rooms have front sea view, 2 full size beds and a private bathroom, minimal kitchenware (no stove) and a refrigerator, we can provide some extras if requested with anticipation. Every room have access to the beach, 2 swimming pools, beach shower, pool bathrooms, 1 convenience store inside the condo and 2 more 30 meters away, private security 24/7. 
 
Room service is done every second day unless a daily service is requested. We provide pool towels. 
 
A $100 USD security damage deposit is required at check in and it will be refunded at check out if no damage to the property is present. 
 
We can provide transportation services from and to the airport and all around the mayan riviera, please request more info if you want to book this service. 
 
To access this room, you need to climb 1 story of stairs, not suitable if you have a disability.
