The security deposit must will be charged upon booking. Upon check out and once the property has been checked, if all is ok the full amount will be refunded to the credit card used during your booking. Any damages, missing items, extra guests or excess cleaning required will result in your deposit not being fully refunded. 

This property is a self check in property. The door code will be provided to you the day of check in. 

The house is suitable for mature children only. 

This home is for use as a workers cottage, for company executives, people needing to stop over while travelling or for family holidays, not a venue for events and parties. Breaches will result in automatic eviction with loss of damage deposit and no refund of remaining nightly fees.
If you have a specific need for an event it must be discussed prior to booking and approved IN WRITING or the above will apply. 

Smoking is NOT permitted in the house or near open doors or windows. If you smoke outside, your butts must be disposed of in the rubbish bins after being fully extinguished. 

Whether you are in town for business, pleasure or you just need somewhere to stop to break up a long drive, look no further. This home has a double bed in each of the 4 bedrooms and is located in town so you can either walk or drive to the local shops and pubs. 
 
Watch the sunrise while you sit on the front verandah and sip on your morning coffee. Explore Southern Cross during the day and in the evenings you can either make use of the fully equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq or head to one of the 3 pubs in town for dinner and a drink and to meet the locals. 
 
Our guests are our priority and the bedrooms and living area have been recently renovated for your comfort. They are practical and of course - look good. But dont worry, there is still plenty of character in the house! 
 
Note: We are happy to accommodate contractors and teams of workers. 
 
Southern Cross was named after the star constellation that was the guide for the founders. As you roam around town, you will see that all the streets have been named after stars and it really does have that good old country hospitality.
