Yes, parking for up to 2 vehicles.
Parking is shared with cabin next door. 

The Alpine Apartment is equipt with smart locks. You will be sent a personalized code 24 hours prior to check in. 
The apartment is above the garage so there is a set of steps to access it. 

Summer: Enter directly into the apartment from the deck. Park in front of the "Reserved Parking" sign and access the steps by walking on the right side of the building, through the garden (between the shed and the building) to the steps in the back. Open the storm door at the top of the stairs and enter code in smartlock. (press any button to activate, enter code, press unlock button). No garage access in the summer. 

Winter: In winter the entrance is through the garage, door is on the far right side of building near the little red shed. You will find a smart lock on the door (press any button to activate, enter code, press unlock button), walk through garage bay 1 and enter second door (be sure to close behind you as this area is heated, the light will be on for you). Here you will find a "mudroom" area and the door to the upstairs apartment. The garage is not meant for guest use, just an entrance. 

We are not childproofed. We do have lawn games and a small yard to play in. Great for kids over 5. Note there are corded blinds, a staircase, and bright skylights. A pack-and-play, baby gate, and children's step stool can be provided upon request. 

I follow my guests lead - happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. Appreciate when guests indicate messages have been received.

The kitchen includes basics like oil, cooking spray, butter, salt, pepper, and a coffee and tea bar with milk and pancake mix for easy mornings.

Ski Sugarbush & Mad River Glen, hike nearby trails, explore Warren Village, and enjoy local dining.

Note that the pull out couch is a full sized bed, so while we allow up to 4 guests, 3 are recommended. 

Summer Outdoors
Step outside to enjoy the beauty of Vermont’s summers. Relax on the spacious deck surrounded by lush gardens and woodland views, perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Take advantage of nearby hiking and biking trails, or head to Blueberry Lake for swimming, kayaking, and picnicking. The apartment also features a fire pit for cozy summer nights under the stars.

Winter Outdoors
Experience the magic of Vermont winters right from your doorstep. The apartment is close to premier ski areas like Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, offering world-class skiing and snowboarding. Snowshoe or hike scenic trails within walking distance, and enjoy the quiet beauty of snow-covered woodlands. End your day with a hot drink by the fire pit or relax on the deck, soaking in the crisp winter air.


Enjoy modern technology amenities for comfort and entertainment. The property features a security camera overlooking the parking lot and entrance for added safety, as well as floodlights to guide late-night arrivals. Inside, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV or take music on the go with a portable Bluetooth speaker. Stay connected with high-speed fiber internet at 100 Mbps, perfect for streaming, remote work, or sharing your Vermont adventures online.

Summer in Warren, Vermont, means lake dips, forest walks, and slow mornings on the deck with mountain views. The Alpine Apartment is your ideal base for a laid-back escape—whether youre hitting the trails, exploring local markets, or just watching the trees sway from a bistro chair with a cold drink.

Located just a short walk from Blueberry Lake and the surrounding trail network, guests enjoy easy access to paddleboarding, swimming, mountain biking, and hiking. The Mad River Valley also offers weekly farmers markets, brewery stops, art walks, and scenic drives through some of Vermont’s most beautiful countryside.

Tucked into historic Alpine Village, this one-bedroom apartment is set above the garage with its own private deck, cozy living space, and full kitchen. Thoughtful touches and stocked basics make it easy to settle in—whether you’re staying for a weekend or a week.

This cozy above-garage apartment features a private deck and a bright open-plan living space.

One bedroom with queen-size bed, closet, and custom built-in drawers & cabinets. 

Bathroom with shower, vanity, and storage closet. 

Full kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and kitchen bar with 2 stools and plenty of built-in storage. Stocked with cooking starters - local butter & milk (half & half if you prefer, just let us know!), coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cooking oil & spray, sugar & sweeteners, and some delicious pancake mix and Vermont maple syrup!

Fire pit, garden, lounge chairs in yard, deck with grill and outdoor bistro table.
