We have tons of baby gear. 2 High chairs, 2 pack 'n plays, 2 strollers, 2 cribs with extra-thick mattresses, booster seat, baby bottle sterilizer, baby monitor and 3 sets of bed rails.

We do with prior approval, pet fee and signed pet waiver

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, however, it is permitted in the pool enclosure. There are ashtrays kept under the kitchen sink for your use.
