This lovingly furnished brand NEW home completed in February 2024 is the ideal retreat. Equipped with an elevator, Saltwater Pool ~heat available for an additional fee* & hot tub.

Chasing Tides gives you access to Monteray Shores Community Amenities Include: Sound front Pier swim, crab, or fish on the Currituck sound; A gazebo to admire the amazing waterfront sunsets; a Boat ramp to launch small craft, jet skis, kayaks, SUP, etc. large outdoor pool(seasonal), fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. Many paths surround for biking or walking.

If you may need additional room for more guests we may have a nearby place available to accommodate Family Tides (located in the same cul-de-sac), Terrapin Point, McDoob, Marine Life, Comfort by the Sea or Sail Away. We only offer new construction, 2019 or newer rentals. We oversee them all to the highest standard with the best cleaners, maintenance, and pool care to provide top service in cleanliness, upkeep and communicate quickly to ensure you have the best vacation you deserve.

I'm a local co-host who moved back to the Outer Banks where I grew up, along with my husband, a retired Master Gunnery Sgt and our two daughters, after living around the country wherever the Marine Corps sent us. My desire is to ensure you have the best vacation you deserve. My rentals are cleaned to the highest standards, I communicate with you constantly to ensure all your requests are met and I provide all of my guests with a luxury beach brochure to help you navigate all there is to see and do in the surrounding areas. My goal is to have you want to come back year after year to build upon your memories with your family and friends in your favorite place.
