With our children not wanting to sell the home we have elected to offer it for rent. The home is a spectacular ~5300 Sq Ft custom contemporary home that is like nothing else offered in the Capistrano Beach community. The home is family managed, which is a benefit to you as a guest because we are available 24/7 should any problems arise (hopefully NOT). We take cleanliness a step beyond with laundering of all blankets, duvet covers and area rugs between guests. In addition the Whirlpool tub, Sauna and Steam room are disinfected between quests as well. Bottom line is we take pride in our rental home as it was once our family home.
