My husband and I purchased the four unit apartment building in 2001 because we wanted our grandchildren to enjoy summers at the beach just as our children had done. We are on site in one apartment and rent the other three to our summer guests. My husband and I have been married for 47 years and actually honeymooned in the first floor apartment. We have three wonderful children and four beautiful granddaughters. Being very family oriented, we completely renovated to make our apartments as comfortable and inviting as possible. We want our guests to return year after year because they enjoy it so much.
