About me

IconShare
My infancy was 'living out of a suitcase, following my dad -'The Chef'- all over Europe and USA. During architecture school (SCI-ARC, Los Angeles) I got the chance to return to my beloved Europe, I've been here ever since. While living in Rome some 15 yrs ago, I discovered Umbria and began rebuilding this 'Labor of Love', an abandoned historic farmhouse with 300 tree olive grove and began making extra virgin olive oil.
We love meeting our Guests and helping them discover 'our side'' of Umbria. We believe in conserving our environment and reducing waste. No pesticides are used on our property, for fertilizer we use organic compost from our grass cuttings.
Our Casale has been built to provide a healthy environment using bio construction.
We enjoy music of all kinds, animals, travelling, sailing, hiking, cooking & gardening.
I dislike cruises, motorboats and skis.
