Dennis serves as the Chairman of the HSV Townhome Owners Assoc and has two podcast a week and a radio show all about our lovely home town of Hot Springs Village, AR.

Hot Springs Village is not serviced by any bus or mass transit facility as we are considered rural burbia..... We have biking trails, golf cart trails, 172 holes of Championship golf, 11 lakes and nine golf courses, 24 tennis courts, pickleball and 36 miles of hiking trails... If you do not wish to bring your car we do offer Uber service in this area but it can be spotty at times
