- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa.
- Any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and also keeping the deposit.
