The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom each.</P><P>In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds and the second bedroom has 3 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people and between the two bedrooms is a full bath and a gym.</P><P>Outside you can enjoy the porch and terraces, barbecue grill and a huge garage for 4-5 cars and ample storage. Nearby you can enjoy peace and privacy, near the town of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma.</P><P><Strong>VT 1567.
