Our property in the Smokies is appropriately named “Valley View”. With 3 Levels fof subtle grandness your family won’t feel cramped. The massive wood beams and tongue and groove wood throughout is incredible to look at and we’ve decorated using stately themed woodsy furnishings that facilitate that mountain escape feel that we all look for when we go to the Smokies.

Our sunroom offers several seasonal ( mostly late fall and winter ) views of the Smokies . Pull up one of our rockers and submerge yourself in the sounds of the mountains in our very private setting. NEW Hot Tub ! 7 Person !

Every Cabin has to have a fireplace . The fireplace in the living room is equipped with logs eliminating the need to struggle building a fire and helps set the mood for a quiet evening by the fire.

We have 1 king master suite with a luxurious king size bed ( located down the stairs on the bottom level ) separate private entrance . The other two bedrooms feature Aspen Log Beds queen beds and we have two queen sofa pullouts .Choices for your evening accommodations are the PAPA Bear Room, Mama Bear guest room, and Baby Bears Room . We also have two Queen pullout sofa couches. Each bedroom has a 40” flat panel smart TV.

For those families that enjoy competing in games of skill we offer a variety of challenges. Table top Arcade game , Chess/Checkers game table, and board games galore. Watch a movie on our 60" Flat Screen. All TV's are smart !

Our main family room is outfitted with a 63” TV to watch your favorite movies.

In the kitchen/dining room area and our dining room table can accommodate a group comfortably. We’ve outfitted the kitchen to allow the chef in you to create just about anything. If anyone is a grill master we provide a Charcoal Grill right off the porch steps. Enjoy your barbeque dinner on the porch.

We’re 8 minutes up the mountain from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. If you haven’t visited “The Island” in Pigeon Forge you’re in for a treat. We like to think of it as a clean updated Gatlinburg. Everything you can do in Gatlinburg is available at “The Island”. We’re 20 minutes to Dollywood theme park which features an Amusement Park, Water Park and live music shows.

We’re confident you’ll think back on your stay at “Valley View” with fondness and all other vacation homes will pale in comparison. Our goal is to satisfy you completely and win your business for years to come.

3 bedrooms with two on the main level and one in the lower level with private access from the outside only . 2 bathrooms with one on the main level and the other in the lower level. King Bed is on the lower level . Lower level access is a private entrance.

SLEEPS 10 in beds ! If sleeping more then 10 please bring your OWN air mattress for two. We do have a roll away bed also. Bring your own sheets and pillows for air mattress please . Late checkout fee is 75.00 for first two hours anything past that is charged a full day . Early check in if available is charged a full day .
