The multi-level layout allows everyone to spend time together while still offering quieter areas to rest, work, or recharge. Whether you are planning a family vacation, golf getaway, festival stay, birthday weekend, or group retreat, the home makes it easy to create memorable moments without needing to leave the property.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The expansive backyard is the heart of Bermuda Paradise. Swim beneath the mountain views, unwind in the luxury hot tub, challenge your group to pickleball or basketball, or enjoy soccer and badminton on the grassy lawn. Guests can also play bocce ball, horseshoes, and other outdoor games with equipment provided.

When it is time to slow down, gather for a BBQ, enjoy a meal in the shaded dining area, relax beside the firepit, or spend the evening together beneath the desert sky.

GAME ROOM
The private lower-level game room gives kids, teens, and adults a dedicated place to hang out and have fun. It includes:

Because the game room occupies its own level, larger groups have another comfortable gathering area while others relax upstairs.

PARKING AND EV CHARGING
The private driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Additional free street parking is generally available, subject to posted signs and local restrictions.
Free Level 2 EV charging is included for registered guests.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY FEATURES
The private pool has a permanent safety fence, and baby gates are provided. These conveniences do not replace attentive adult supervision. Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, stairs, sports areas, and recreational equipment.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may occasionally be available for an additional fee, depending on the booking schedule and cleaning requirements.
