We are a U.S./Colombian family with extended family in and strong ties to Colombia. It´s a very family friendly building, which we respect.

Why the Owner Chose Zona Norte (Cartagena, Bolivar, Colombia): 
We chose this building in the Boquilla section because we wanted a relaxing beach environment and an exclusive building with a strong neighbor/community atmosphere.

Many activities nearby for children, wonderful neighbors. There are only approximately 40 apartments in the building, all are large family apartments and many owners are year round residents. This is a rental to bring your family or friends with their family and enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay at the beach. The building management is very strict about enforcing noise and nuisance regulations. It is not a party or 'spring break' appropriate destination.
