ShareWe have been residents of the Melbourne area for 40 years. We love the water and are avid sailors and members of Melbourne Yacht Club. We are currently retired and are enjoying traveling the world on a part-time basis. We spend the fall months in our condo, and rent it to others the rest of the year.
