I am the proud owner of Paval Rentals LLC which has been in business since 2014 when I started acquiring houses and converting them into long term rentals. In 2021 I decided to change my business plan and to turn the long term rentals into short term rentals. I own all the homes which are listed here and I have renovated them extensively. I am originally from Europe. I was born and raised in Bulgaria and then I lived in France where I studied applied linguistics and worked in the hospitality industry. I speak five languages (English, Spanish, French, Russian and Bulgarian) and love traveling. My interests in real estate and in interior design have inspired me to convert my long term rentals into short term vacation homes. I have put a lot of effort, time and money in repairing each of my homes and then designing them in such a way that they would create harmony and peaceful enjoyment for my guests.
