DAMAGES/CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT A $300 damage deposit hold will be placed 3 days before checkin. This hold will be released within three days of checkout. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand and authorize that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. The guest whose credit card is on file is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
Charges can be made for the following reasons:
-To repair or replace anything that is damaged or missing
-To pay any and all charges accrued during your stay
-To change locks and replace all keys if any are lost (security key fob replacement cost up to $250 each)
-To cover excessive cleaning upon departure (i.e. stained carpets, furniture, walls, appliances, mattresses, etc.)
-To put the unit, and the things in it, in the condition when you moved in

While we have the fastest Wi-Fi speed available, please remember that speeds and reliability at the base of the mountain will be less reliable then in the city. For this reason, Wi-Fi availability is not guaranteed. There are multiple locations in town to purchase firewood for the outdoor fire pit. We use the firewood vending machine outside of Jacob’s Barber. Contact owner for availability of trailer parking and/or 30 amp vehicle charging. Additional charges may apply. Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount. While we have the fastest internet available, you will find that reliability and speed at the base of the mountain is not the same as you may experience in the city. There is a large collection of DVDs, games, and an amazing hot tub to pass the time should the internet be out. We can accomodate up to two dogs. Please register them with your guests at time of booking. Unregistered pets incur a fee of $250.
