This is a spacious 1,960 square foot penthouse condo with amazing views of the ocean. It has 3 bedrooms with storage and plenty of closet space. All bedrooms have their own bathroom so if you’re traveling with a large group, you’ll have enough privacy. In addition, there is another full bathroom in the hallway with a shower and washer/dryer. 2 of the rooms have a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds plus a brand new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room. The living room and each bedroom have cable TV with a ROKU. In the living room, there’s a DVD player with several movies available so everyone has a choice with their entertainment options. The common area is also very spacious with ample and comfortable seating for everyone. The dining room has 6 chairs plus 2 additional parsons chair to gather around the table for dinner plus 4 bar stools. You can also enjoy relaxing on the balcony while taking in the views of the Gulf with a dining table plus an Adirondack chair. We also provide a portable crib and booster seat if you’re traveling with young children. Of course, how can we forget about the wet bar to mix your favorite cocktails!
