Overview

We are located inside Cancun Plaza condominium. All our rooms have front sea view, 2 full size beds and a private bathroom, minimal kitchenware (no stove) and a refrigerator, we can provide some extras if requested with anticipation. Every room have access to the beach, 2 swimming pools, beach shower, pool bathrooms, 1 convenience store inside the condo and 2 more 30 meters away, private security 24/7.

Room service is done every second day unless a daily service is requested. We provide pool towels.

A $100 USD security damage deposit is required at check in and it will be refunded at check out if no damage to the property is present.

We can provide transportation services from and to the airport and all around the mayan riviera, please request more info if you want to book this service.

To access this room, you need to climb 1 story of stairs, not suitable if you have a disability.

There's a small waiting area on the condo's entrance, a sitting area where you can eat, a restaurant (we don't own or have any control over the restaurant) and a pool and massage area.

Our place is child friendly. Strict supervision is required from parents/adults on the rooms with a balcony and in the swimming pool.

Getting around

Public transportation is available 24/7. You can come and go without any concern to and from downtown (Cancún city) using the "R1" and "R2" buses. We can provide private transportation upon request.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - 5PM

When arriving Cancun Plaza condominium, you need to give the reservation's name to the security officer at condominium's gate. They will call someone from our staff and then you will be taken to your room. Please let us know your arrival time in advance by messaging or email: +529981982289, rentandolo@icloud.com.

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

House Rules

No loud parties or noises are allowed. General condominium policies of good behavior are in effect and we are entitled to remove any person from our property if a violation to this rules takes place.

Payment Policy

A reservation is confirmed when we see the 50% advance payment in our bank account. You have a 5 business days window to pay starting when your reservation request is received by us and we close that room for you. If no payment or communication from you is received, your booking will be lost.

Refundable Damage Deposit

An inventory is conducted when you enter the room, we review the inventory, you agree by signing it, and the security deposit is paid. You will receive this deposit at check out if no damage is present to the property, furniture and equipment.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free until 15 days prior your check in date. If you cancel with 14 days remaining or less, the confirmation advance payment will be retained by the property.
