Spectacular location on 11th street in the heart of Port A near the beach, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and this house is in the golf cart riding zone. It is located a few blocks from the beach or a 60 second golf cart ride. Use the sidewalks to walk, bike, or run on.

Welcome to Bella Vita Beach House Port Aransas, a perfect home for Families! We would love to have your family come stay at our home. Bella Vita is Italian for "Beautiful Life". It was our dream to own a beach house and we are excited to host our guests here! It is one of the few houses with a ground level living area, which means no stairs on the 1st floor. This house is 1505 square foot with a total of 3 bedrooms/ 3 full baths.

On the ground level you will find a Master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk in tiled shower. Kids will love the 2nd bedroom as it consists of a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The third bed in the kids room is also a twin. Another full bathroom with bathtub is next to the kids bedroom. The ground floor has a living room with a couch, tv, 2 swivel chairs, and several games/toys are housed in the TV console. A spacious kitchen/ dining area that seats 10 people comfortably with 6 at the table and 4 at the counter, with all the kitchen supplies you could want to make a great family meal.

Another entire other private entrance space is upstairs. This is the 3rd bedroom of the house and features a king sized master bedroom. You can find a pack 'n play in the the large walk-in closet of this bedroom. This is the largest bedroom in the house. Upstairs is a full bathroom with a walk in tiled rain shower. There is also a 2nd full kitchen upstairs and is also stocked with all the great kitchen essentials (including blender and Keurig coffee maker just like the downstairs kitchen). The kitchen table seats 4 upstairs. The living room couches pull out for more sleeping options (it is about queen sized).

Flat screen TVs are in every bedroom and living rooms. Netflix/Roku sticks are on the TVs.

Front loading washer/dryer is located on 1st floor/ground level space. Bathroom towels and beach towels are provided and can be found in each bathroom vanity and the bedroom closets. An iron and small ironing board are in the 2nd bedroom closet, and hair dryers are in each bathroom.
