This home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with all cookware/dinnerware provided to comfortably entertain up to 9 guests. If grilling is your style, Prominence offers a well appointed outdoor grilling and dining space adjacent to the zero-entry pool.

Rejuvenate in La Belle Mer's bedrooms with soft linens, tasteful coastal décor and natural light. Upstairs is a spacious and luxurious master suite with en-suite private bathroom. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with bunks and twin that share a full bathroom.

If you’re feeling adventurous and would like to explore all the 30A area has to offer, we’ve got you covered with beach cruiser bicycles provided.

Golf Cart Rentals Available upon request. We work directly with a golf cart rental company to offer a weekly rental discount to our guests, they will deliver and pickup at the end of your stay.

Florida State Park Pass - We provide a Family State Park Pass that can be used at any of the nearby state Parks. (Deer Lake, Grayton and Eden Gardens to name a few)

We use smart lock codes for check in and the key less entry system allows you to go straight to the unit. After booking we will send various emails that contain helpful information regarding the property. Approximately 48 hours before your check in date we will provide your check in information.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
1. The primary renter must be 25 years old or older to rent and be present at the property during the entire rental period.

2. ID and rental agreement required for all rentals

3. Please remember this is my home away from home, treat it with respect so it will be nice for others to enjoy after you leave.
House Rules

ACCESS CODES
In advance of your stay, you will receive an email with the access code to our home, pool, and gym. The access codes will remain inactive until at least 4 pm the day of check-in and deactivate at 10 am CT on the date of your departure.

DAMAGE
Once you have arrived at the property please walk through the property and identify any concerns you have and bring to our attention right away.
An inspection of our home will be conducted following your departure. Should an inspector find that our home is inordinately dirty, evidence of smoking or pets, items are missing from our home, or there is obvious damage to the home contents including but not limited to bicycles and other amenities provided, La Belle Mer reserves the right to charge Guest for damages as the Guest is personally and financially responsible during their stay.

NO SMOKING
Smoking or Vaping of any kind is not allowed inside our home, nor on the patio, porch, entrance, or garage. If there is evidence of smoking found, then it will result in a $400 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PET POLICIES
Pets are NOT permitted in La Belle Mer. The violation of any terms of this pet policy is subject to immediate eviction, additional fines up to $400 or termination of the rental period.

OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS
Guest are responsible for insuring that the number of occupants at no time exceeds the advertised nine (9) maximum sleeping capacity as stated in the home's description. Further If more than (9) guests sleep at the property without written permission the security deposit will be charged in full. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) may rent or occupy the property as a guest without adult supervision of a guest that is 25 years old or older during the booked rental period. The primary renter must be 25 years old or older and be present at the property during the entire rental period. Guests are not allowed to book a stay for someone other than themselves and their travel group. Violation is cause for eviction without refund of any kind and will result in liability for all damages that have resulted due to this infraction.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 10:00 am unless otherwise noted in writing. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the property guests will be charged $50 for every hour the cleaners are delayed beginning 20 minutes after scheduled checkout time. Any guest who is still occupying the property after 12 pm will be charged for an extra day rent unless prior arrangements in writing have been made. If our property is left in a dirty state, you will be charged $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required up to $400.00.

DAMAGE AND CLEANING ISSUES
It is the responsibility of the guest to notify La Belle Mer immediately of any damage or cleaning issues that are noticed upon arrival. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to:
• There was no smoking or evidence of smoking, to include the exterior porches, entrances, and garage.
• No damage is done to our home or its contents including the linens
• No items are missing upon inventory check
• All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers as outlined within this rental agreement
Should you experience any problems during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible.

CABLE TV
Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Host. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.

INTERNET
High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.

PARKING

GARAGE DOOR
Please keep the garage door closed except when you are actively loading/unloading or out in the garage and/or driveway. This is to protect guests and their belongings during your stay.

SAFETY / TECHNOLOGY

CONDITIONS OF PREMISES UPON DEPARTURE
Upon departure, our home must be left in the order in which it was entered. This includes:
• Removal of perishable items from the fridge, cabinets, and counter tops.
• Windows, exterior doors, and garage should be secured
• Turn off all lights
• Thermostat should be adjusted according to the season
o 75 degrees in warmer months
o 65 degrees in cooler times of the year
• All dirty dishes, glassware and flatware should be placed in the dishwasher and the cycle started
• Collect trash within the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. If your departure day is on a day other than Tuesday or Friday, please place your garbage in the dumpster adjacent to the pool. If your departure date is on Tuesday or Friday, please place your garbage in the receptacle and place it curbside prior to 6 am CT
• Please pile used towels on the floor in the bathrooms
• Return any moved furniture back to its original spot

TRASH
Trash pickup is weekly on Tuesday and Friday. Please move the provided receptacle out to the road by 6 am CT and bring it back by 6 pm CT that same day. If excessive trash is left following your departure due to non- compliance, additional cleaning fees may be applied up to $400.00.

GRILLING
BBQ grilling is strictly prohibited at this property. At no time may you use any type of grill on the deck, on the driveway or in the garage.


LOST, STOLEN AND MISPLACED ITEMS
Neither La Belle Mer nor the Property Owner assumes liability for items that may be lost, stolen misplaced or damaged during the duration of the rental period. If personal items are left behind after departure, please contact La Belle Mer to arrange return shipping. Items will be returned at the expense of the guest.

PROPERTY INDEMNIFICATION
The Guest or any member of the occupying party, by signature of this agreement and all occupying parties agree collectively to hold harmless and waive the right to hold negligent the Property Owner and/or La Belle Mer in the event of any theft, accident or incident that causes damage, bodily injury or casualty to the Guest or any member of the occupying party. This is to include all recreational items such as bicycles, golf carts, scooters, kayaks, YOLO boards or recreational vehicles rented during their stay from a local vendor. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property including but not limited to the home, pool, gym, and BBQ area. By Acceptance of this reservation it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and its amenities.

BIKE INDEMNIFICATION
The Guest or any member of the occupying party is aware of the risk, dangers and hazards associated with cycling activities and freely accept and fully assume all risk to include personal injury, death, property damage and loss resulting therefrom. The Guest or any member of the occupying party full release of La Belle Mer and/or the Property Owner for any damages, injuries, claims, including but not limited to myself or any other person or property, as a result of use of the provided bicycles. The Guest or any member of the occupying party are responsible for any damage to the rental bicycle or bicycle parts during the rental and understand that they are financially responsible for replacing or repairing the bicycle.

INTERFERENCE WITH STAY
La Belle Mer will make every effort to stay informed of pending conditions within the nearby vicinity, including upcoming events that can cause disturbance, etc. However, La Belle Mer shall not be held responsible for any such occurrences that are beyond our control that may interfere with your stay. Guests may personally purchase travel insurance at their own expense from an outside insurer to protect themselves in case of any travel related events.

RIGHT OF ENTRY
La Belle Mer may enter upon the leased premises at any time for the protection and preservation of the premises, in the event of an emergency, or known or suspected violation of policies set forth by this agreement. When entry is necessary for repairs or services agreed upon by both parties, La Belle Mer will make every effort to provide ample notice of three (3) or more hours. Inability to extend such notice for reasons set forth above shall not however prohibit entry.

Payment Policy
1. 50% of the total reservation cost including security deposit is due at booking and the balance is due 20 days before arrival. If you book with in 20 days of your arrival date 100% of total reservation cost is due at booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit will be refunded after inspection and within 14 days concluding your stay.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation up to 20 days before arrival for 100% full refund, 19-15 days before arrival 75% refund, 14-10 days before arrival 50% refund and 9-0 days before arrival is 0% refund. You must do so in writing.
Notes
In Walton County, FL we must collect and remit a Tourism Development Tax of (5%) on the nightly rental rate, plus cleaning fee. The total tax to be collected from guests, including the Walton County Tourism Development Tax, state and local sales tax is 12%.
