What separates my house from your average Beach Rental is that it feels like a "Home". With its unique vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, elevator, fenced in yard, and extra large pool all within a 20 second walk to the ocean and over a 150 PGA style golf courses. This pure luxury home is for long weekend getaways, week long vacation or just tired of the cold winters and need to stay for a month.

I have a professional management company in place as well as a Caretaker that is there for anything you may need. For late arrivals there is a night box.

Check Out: 10AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

My management company prohibits me from renting to young adults. Government ID required.

Maximum occupancy: 18

House Rules

Seven Palms is a High end Luxury Property and guest are expected to treat the home with respect as if it were their own. For special events or Weddings there are additional fee's incurred. I can discuss in detail when we communicate. I can accommodate any and all of your special requests. No smoking. No pets. Please Note: It is required that you purchase a damage deposit from, www.propertydamageprotection.com, cost is $59.00. Check-in is 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is expected at the time the house is reserved for you. The balance is due prior to travel. I also accept Venmo.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Guest are required to purchase CSA Travel protection.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to travel date.
