Estancia#17 is conveniently located near the beach, downtown, and all the best that Ensenada has to offer — located in a gated community which includes a free and private 2-car parking port. There's a community BBQ, and kids park available for use. This home was designed with our guests in mind: everything from convenience to comfort. The house is also equipped with a whole-home water softer. Best of all, fast and easy self-check-in with high-speed internet and Air-conditioning in every room!!!!

You will enjoy the privacy and comfort of two master suites, each with their private bathrooms. All areas of the house will have air-conditioned rooms, which can be adjusted to your individual needs. Smart-TVs are available with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon tv. Multi-port charging stations are conveniently located throughout the house to maximize the use of all your electronics. There is a small, but relaxing patio available for use.

This property is conveniently located in between two of Ensenada's most prominent roads: Avenida Reforma and Blvd General Lazaro Cardenas (La Boulevard.) In just as short 5 minute ride, you will have access to an abundance of eateries, nightlife, shopping, beach, and El Malecon (the boardwalk.) Available nearby you will find Costco, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Starbucks, and a Cinema. The Napa Valley of Mexico, Valle De Guadalupe is only 45 minutes away!

It is a short 8-minute walk to Playa Hermosa. It is a 5 dollar Uber ride to downtown Ensenada. Parking in downtown Ensenada can be difficult at times, so Uber ride is highly recommended.
