This beautiful penthouse condo boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf Coast. Spacious with almost 2200 Square feet of living area with large exterior porch. Fully furnished condo that only requires you to show up and smile. Featuring a large exterior terrace perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. This large open concept kitchen is fully equipped allowing for full engagement with Dining Room and Living Room. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with en suite bath. The Master Suite has a king size bed, a separate sitting area, and a large TV. The bath has a private water closet, a large shower, and a jetted-tub. This property has been a consistent 4.9 Stars since we opened it to rental in 2015. Secure grounds and parking offering a family friendly environment. Short walk over to a secure private beach just a quick 3 minute walk away. Condo has elevator access. Beautiful Gulf Views with relaxed community
