Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo located at The Oceans in the Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo is located on the 10th floor and a corner unit with an amazing direct ocean and coastline view from the private balcony and coastline views from both the dining areas and bedroom.
This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.
The condo has been recently purchased and renovated by the new owner.
Parking - Unassigned parking is available for 2 cars in either the open garage under the building or in the overflow lot across the street. Maximum garage clearance is 6.5 (overflow lot is available for oversize cars). There are 2 parking passes available in the condo for you to display from your review mirror during your stay. Note: There are no motorcycles, golf carts, RVs or trailers allowed in the parking areas of this complex.
Condo entry - The Oceans is a locked condo building. You will be provided a code to enter the locked entryway to access the elevators. The unit is on the 10th floor and has an electronic lock for self entry. Your code is privately yours and set up just for you.
Kitchen - Updated kitchen with pots, pans, microwave, dishes, flatware, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crock pot and mixer.
Living area - Living area with couch with queen size sofa sleeper, 2 chairs, television with cable and streaming services available.
Dining - There is a dining table for 4 and also and elevated breakfast bar with 3 barstools.
Bedroom - There is an updated private bedroom with a king sized bed with ocean views.
Bathroom - There is a full bath and a half bath. The half bath is accessible through the master bedroom and also connects to the full bath. The full bath is also entered through the hall.
Balcony - Private balcony with incredible unobstructed ocean views. (Please keep balcony door closed as it is hard on the AC unit with the high humidity).
Pool - Fabulous pool located on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean with tables and sun loungers.
Laundry - Coin operated washers and dryers in brightly lit laundry room adjacent to the pool.
Community room - Available for guest use as an added space. May be reserved for larger groups.
Beach - beach access through 1st floor parking garage on the North. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse your feet there before returning to the condo.
Cleaning/Linens - Professional cleaning with quality linens (including beach towels) provided for you. Providing a clean unit is my top priority.
Supplies - There will be a starter kit in the condo which includes toilet paper, dish soap, dish washer soap and paper towels.
Guests - 2 adults and 2 children maximum per HOA
Please make sure to give me the correct number of guests so my linen company will provide the correct number of towels and wash cloths.
No pets or emotional support animals are allowed due to dander allergies. ONLY Americans with Disabilities Act-approved animals are permitted. Please report any ADA handicapped service assistance animals at the time of reservation.
Note: Unit may not be handicap accessible due to condo door entrance.
SMOKING - There is no smoking allowed per HOA rule in the condo, on the condo balcony, or on the condo walkways that access the condo front doors. There is a designated smoking area on the first floor of the parking garage near the walkway to the beach. That is the only place you will be allowed to smoke on the property. If you smoke elsewhere and there is a fine, I will pass this fine on to you.
Note: The 3rd Monday of each month pest control comes. This is mandatory for all units. Guests do not need to be present and they are quickly in and out. Typically they may spray under the sink if needed.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit will be returned within 5 days of checkout. Deposit will be forfeited for smoking in the unit or bringing a pet.
