Sailfish is a beach getaway with 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath home located in a quiet beach neighborhood. The home is 11 blocks, ~3/4 mile from the beach. The retreat features an open floor plan perfect for your stay. All bedrooms are on the second level allowing for large open space on the first level. The private heated pool, putting green, comfortable seating and gas Weber BBQ allow you to enjoy the beautiful days in Jax Beach.

This PET FRIENDLY beach house is dressed with smart TV's in every bedroom, WIFI, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, and toaster; all you need is food and drinks. It also has a full size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds including the extra sleeper in the living room. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket and cooler. Garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house!

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use pool at own risk. ***
