The convenience of being able to walk out the back door of the condo without hauling everything down an elevator made this our first choice.
Our condo is comfortably furnished first floor unit and by far the most convenient oceanfront condo unit in the SeaCoast complex.

New Smyrna is a beach town that has managed to keep its quant small beach town identity while offering beautiful white sandy beaches kissed by sparkling blue water. Our condo is located on the Non-Driving on portion of the beach and only a few minutes from Flagler Avenue where you will find shopping, art galleries, restaurants and nightspots.
The non-drive beach offers a safe place for the little ones to play in the sand while you enjoy the exclusivity of the beach without noisy cars and stinky gas fumes.
NO elevators to travel just WALK Out of the PATIO DOOR and GRAB the BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, BOOGIE BOARDS AND SAND TOYS - All Provided for you.

It virtually feels like you own the beach.

Want to come off of the beach and enjoy the pool? That too is right outside the patio door. The shuffle boards and barbecue grill, yep you guessed it right outside of the patio door.

My name is Elena and I live in Longwood, Florida. My husband and I along with our three grown children and now grandkids have enjoyed coming to New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. I've been a Premier Partner on HomeAway/ VRBO for 7 years and I enjoy every minute of it. I am completely hands on and I don't outsource anything other than the cleaning. I take so much pleasure on hosting new guests from all over the country as well as welcoming back previous ones.
