- All Guests must be 25 years old or older if not related.

- Please respect check out time - You’ll be charge an extra night in case of late check out

- Quiet hours 10pm-8am

-Please don’t wear shoes in the home. Feel free to wear slippers provided or bring a pair

-FURRY FRIENDS- Maximum of 2 pets per stay.
No pets on the furniture and only use the grey towel to wipe or dry off.

***Animals should never be left in the basement or unattended ***

-SMOKING OUTDOORS ONLY -No smoking in the house. There’s a big beautiful yard and patio, so please place cigarette butts in ashtray provided.

-CAMPFIRES- PLEASE READ TEAL BOOK regarding permitted times.
Bring your own wood
- Children under 1 and over 8 are allowed

BBQ- Bring you own charcoal. Please clean after use

** Outdoor furniture is put away between October- April***

-If the camera is tampered with in any way or disconnected or the view is obstructed at any point during the stay, the stay will be terminated.

LIABILITY- The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises
