Experience beautiful views of the Truckee River from the decks of the balconies. This rustic cabin sits on nearly a half acre adorned with towering pines. Enjoy custom wood finishes throughout this Gambrel style home harkening back to Dutch colonial times. Gorgeous landscaped yard with a Playhouse and a bike trail that will take you to a beautiful meadow just a few minutes away! Five minutes from all the fun in historic downtown Truckee. Walk down to the Truckee River.

I live with my wife and two girls in Sacramento. We have been vacationing in Tahoe for the last twenty years and are so excited to finally have a home of our own in Truckee. We bought our home in May of 2021 and when we are not enjoying it ourselves we make it available to guests. This home is exactly the kind of place we'd look for when seeking a fun, memorable and unique Tahoe vacation. We're looking forward to making some amazing memories here and are proud to be able to provide it to you to do the same!

House Rules

Check-out time is 10am $50/hour fee for late check-outs Check-in time is 4pm $35 fee for early check-in when available. During the hours of 10pm-7am there can not be any noise disturbances or you could be cited and fined. No parties allowed. There can be no more than eight people in our home at any time. All vehicles must be parked in the garage or on the driveway. It's illegal for rental guests to park on the dirt or the street. Do not leave food in your car if parking in the driveway or your vehicle may be destroyed by a bear. No charcoal grills or fire pits. No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Refundable Damage Deposit

Charges will be incurred If additional time is required by the cleaning staff to remove stains from appliances and carpets, to clean excessive pet hair or any other cleaning if the home is left exceptionally dirty.

Notes

Guests are 100% responsible for any damage. BE SNOW SMART! Drive a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle. It's advisable to carry a snow shovel with you during winter months. Owner is not responsible for any weather-related damage to guests or their property. $25/night pet fee. No more than two pets.
