Template to ask credit card holder for ID and signature on the rental agreement

You can use this template if you still ask guests to print, scan, and email back your rental agreement.

"Hi Brandon,

Attached is the rental agreement. Double check rates, dates, and check-in/check-out times, etc. I am sending the arrival information from Houfy shortly. The agreement should only be completed by credit card holder.

• Print all 3 pages.
• Initial each page
• Sign all 3 sections: cancellation policy, visitor/pet/damage deposit policy, and trip insurance section.
• Leave bottom left side blank.
• Complete bottom right side and include the credit card holder's permanent home address.
• Place a clear copy of government ID of credit card holder on final page.
• Scan all 3 pages back together.
